We offer assistance in managing the challenging task of maintaining your GDPR-compliant data, particularly handling undeliverable mail. Instead of you painstakingly gathering and organising information from your returned mailings, we take care of it for you.
How do we do it?
We collect all your undeliverable mail and provide you with a detailed spreadsheet or securely store it for you. This spreadsheet includes records and their reasons for return, such as undeliverable, refused, goneaway, deceased, etc.
We update the return address on your mail to Platinum and incorporate a small 2D barcode to uniquely identify each record. If your mailing is processed via Mailmark service, we can utilise that barcode instead of adding another.
